Jack Dempsey co-founded the Asset Management Partnership LLC in 2022, a consulting practice specializing in helping others improve outcomes through better asset management. Jack’s 30+ year experience ranging from a Civil Engineer and Officer in the US Coast Guard to a Director, Consultant, Advisor, Convener, Researcher, Author, and Board Member in the private sector has focused on advanced asset management implementation. At the National Academies he currently serves as a Member on the Board on Infrastructure and the Constructed Environment (BICE), Vice Chair on the Committee for a Strategy to Renew Federal Facilities, and Member on the Committee on the Technical Assessment of the Capital Facility Needs of the National Institute of Standards and Technology. He is also a Member of the International Standards Organization (ISO) Technical Committee 251 on Asset Management and author to the ISO 55000 Asset Management System standards, a liaison to ISO Technical Committee 267 on Facility Management, a Fellow with the Institute of Asset Management, a Board Member and Senior Fellow at the Asset Leadership Network, and is a licensed Professional Engineer.
